THETHE Costume Rental Service
(International)

THETHE offers costume rentals to both individuals and businesses, supporting various locations from fashion-related events to media productions. We also offer rentals for showpieces and sample items featured on our website and social media, even if they are not listed in our online store.

Rental options can be viewed in the grid at the bottom of this page. We also accept inquiries via Instagram DM.

◼︎Rental Period
Our standard rental period is around one week. For longer rentals or requests for more than five looks, please contact us via the contact page.

◼︎Rental Fees
Items listed in our online store are available for rental at 80% of the retail price. Discounts of 20% each apply if you meet any of the following conditions:

If credits are provided for the items: -20%
If the item is tagged/mentioned on social media: -20%
If you share photos of the item being worn: -20%

Example:
If all three conditions are met, the rental fee becomes 20% of the retail price.
(For an item priced at ¥20,000, the rental fee would be ¥4,000)

Showpieces not listed in the online store are available upon request. Please contact us directly for details.

- Even if the item is not used, 20% of the retail price will be charged as a rental fee.
- When making an inquiry, please include the name or description of the item to streamline the process.
- Items are shipped via courier service (freight collect, size equivalent to 120 Yamato Transport). For specific packing or shipping requests, please contact us in advance.
- Shipping fees are charged separately.

Important Notes

- Please share the usage details and media platforms (including social media) when consulting us.
- We may feature your usage of the rented items on our website and social media, including text and images.
- In case of significant damage or stains, you may be asked to purchase the item.
- For international rentals, import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
