A fashion show held at the Tokyo Tower Media Center.

This collection was inspired by Elfu, the One-Legged Ostrich, a picture book deeply etched in my memory since childhood. In it, the animals are mirrored with those of us living in modern society, and Elfu’s sentiments are translated into garments as a form of prayer.

The looks were composed of richly colored pieces, featuring textiles that evoke the desert and oasis landscapes of the story’s setting, as well as garments that directly embody Elfu transformed into a tree.
