About Size Orders

◼︎ What is a Size Order?

This is an optional service to adjust the garment to your body measurements.
If taking your own measurements is difficult, we can assist you online or visit you directly.
This service is available for an additional 11,000 JPY (tax included).

※ If you choose the Size Order option, please kindly allow an additional 1–2 weeks on top of the standard delivery time.

※ For personal fittings outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, an additional transportation fee may apply.

※ To request a Size Order, please select “Adjust to your measurements” under Size Order on the product page, and kindly send us an email after your purchase with the following information:

The product number or product name of the item you have ordered
Your full name
Your preferred measurements for each part (e.g., Bust / Waist / Hip)
